Your spending and your investments, in one app you run yourself.

Bussola tracks bank accounts, expenses and income, and the investments you hold, on a server of your own. It is for one person or a household that wants the whole picture without handing it to a cloud service.

Day to day

Accounts, categories and transactions: what you spend, what you earn and what you move between accounts. The keypad does sums, so 12.40+7.90 is one entry and not a trip to the calculator. Search, filter, and page back through years of history.

What you own

ETFs, shares, bonds, funds, crypto and deposit accounts, split across four pillars: cash, emergency fund, planned expenses and long term. ETF and crypto prices update on their own, and a snapshot at the end of every month keeps the history.

Smaller things that matter

Shared wallets
Share a wallet with your partner to read and write, or with your accountant to read only. The database itself enforces who sees what.
Bank mode
Press H and every amount on screen blurs, for when someone is looking over your shoulder.
Passkeys
Sign in with a fingerprint or your face. The password stays as a fallback.
Your language, your currency
English, Italian, French, German, Spanish and Chinese, and a currency for each wallet.
Your data comes and goes
Import any bank's CSV. Export a whole wallet as one file, and import it into another installation.
Nothing phones home
No telemetry and no account with anyone. Prices for ETFs and crypto are the only thing it asks the internet for.

Run it yourself

Three containers and one port. You need Docker and about five minutes.
